On the morning of October 13, the People’s Government of Huaihua City and Shenzhen Neptunus Bioengineering Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for cooperation. He Zunqing, Deputy Secretary of CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee, Secretary of its Commission for Political and Legal Affairs, and head of the municipal TCM industrial chain and Jin Rui, Director and Vice President of Neptunus Bioengineering, addressed the ceremony. Huang Xuehong, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Huaihua Municipal People’s Congress and deputy head of the municipal TCM industrial chain, presided over the ceremony. Vice Mayor Hu Heping attended the ceremony.
Neptunus Bioengineering is a core subsidiary of Neptunus Group, a leading Chinese pharmaceutical enterprise and a top 500 Chinese enterprise. It is a large, comprehensive enterprise group that operates across the pharmaceutical product R&D, pharmaceutical industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical commercial distribution, and pharmaceutical retail chain industrial chains. At the ceremony, the People’s Government of Huaihua City and Neptunus Bioengineering signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the Neptunus (Huaihua) Health Technology Industrial Park project; Huaihua International Land Port Economic Development Zone and Zhejiang Neptunus Data Service Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the launch of the industrial park project. The two parties agreed to leverage their respective strengths to jointly build a health product production base, a large-scale modern intelligent storage service platform for medical devices, an integrated intelligent maintenance service center, and a digital distribution supply chain system. They aim to develop the Neptunus (Huaihua) Health Technology Industrial Park into a large-scale regional center for medical product production, R&D, and sales in southwest China. This cooperation will inject strong impetus into the high-quality development of Huaihua’s TCM industry and provide strong support and facilitate Huaihua’s development of the “5+10” modern industrial system.
At the signing ceremony, both parties expressed their commitment to strictly implementing the agreement, deepening close cooperation and efficient collaboration, starting the project as soon as possible to achieve results early, developing this collaborative project into a benchmark for project construction across the city, and striving for win-win cooperation.
