On the morning of July 29, at the Strategic Cooperation Promotion Meeting and Project Signing Ceremony between Hunan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Huaihua City, Hunan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the People’s Government of Huaihua City signed a strategic cooperation agreement and 34 cooperation projects worth approximately RMB64,637 million.

Since 2024, central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises have collaborated and negotiated with Huaihua for 85 projects, totaling approximately RMB134,035 million. Among them, 22 projects have been signed, totaling approximately RMB20,417 million. During this event, 34 projects were signed on the site, totaling approximately RMB64,637 million. 29 key projects were under negotiation, totaling approximately RMB48,981 million.

Currently, 10 provincial enterprises—including HNEG, Construction Group, Agriculture Group, Hunan Airport Management Group Co., Ltd., HNRT, Hunan Port Shipping & Water Resources Group Co., Ltd., Xiangneng Group, Hunan Mineral Resources Group, HNTG, and Hunan Pharma—have invested and established business presence in Huaihua. These enterprises launched a total of 243 projects that amount to over RMB95 billion, covering a wide range of sectors including transportation, infrastructure construction, modern agriculture, mineral resource development, integrated cultural tourism, integrated development of cultural and tourism industries, and pharmaceutical and health industry. During this event, six provincial enterprises, including HNEG, Xiangneng Group, Hunan Mineral Resources Group, HNTG, Hunan Pharma, and Hunan Xingxiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation intention with Huaihua City.
