On December 5, when conducting an investigation in Zhongfang County,Wei Zhaohui, deputy secretary of the CPC huaihua Municipal Committee and acting mayor of Huaihua, emphasized the need to thoroughly study and put into practice the vision outlined at fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, to carefully implement the decisions and plans made at the Ninth Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the Tenth Plenary Session of the 6th CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee, and thoroughly advance the “urban integration” initiative, striving to register new achievements in advancing high-quality development.

After hearing the report on the economic and social development of Zhongfang County, Wei Zhaohui noted that Zhongfang is the emerging county in Hunan Province with a strategic transportation location. It has demonstrated sound development momentum in recent years and holds promising prospects for the future.
