At the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, Wei Zhaohui inspected the Representatives, the Home of Committee Members, and the History, Honors and Party Building Hall of the Court, and fully affirmed the achievements of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court in serving economic development, protecting and improving people's livelihoods, and building a safe Huaihua. She pointed out that Huaihua is currently at a critical stage of development and growth. It is necessary to serve the overall situation with strong legal guarantees, focusing on key tasks such as the construction of a central city in the border region of five provinces, the upgrading of Huaihua International Land Port, and the construction of the "5+10" modern industrial system, giving full play to the role of judicial functions, and safeguarding the high-level opening-up and high-quality development of the city's economy and society. It is also necessary to optimize the business environment through proactive judicial means, protect all types of market entities equally according to law, further promote the construction of foreign-related legal systems, and continuously create a first-class business environment. Furthermore, it is necessary to improve governance efficiency through multi-party co-governance, continuously promote the construction of smart courts, and make every effort to solve the diversified judicial needs of the people, ensuring that the resolution of disputes is implemented at the grassroots level. At the symposium, Wei Zhaohui fully affirmed the achievements of the Huaihua People's Procuratorate in fulfilling its duties and ensuring judicial fairness. She emphasized that the procuratorate should demonstrate its responsibility in serving the overall situation, focusing precisely on optimizing the business environment and protecting enterprises, and further promoting a better combination of an effective market and a capable government.
