On the evening of February 2, the Huaihua delegation attending the Fourth Session of the 14th Hunan Provincial People's Congress held its second plenary meeting at its accommodation in Changsha. Xu Zhongjian, head of the delegation, presided over the meeting. Wei Zhaohui, deputy head of the delegation, and Li Wanqian attended the meeting. In the meeting, the participants deliberated on the draft "Supplementary Election Rules for the Fourth Session of the 14th Hunan Provincial People's Congress," selected ballot counters, and passed the representative proposals to be submitted to the congress in the name of the Huaihua delegation as a whole.
