From January 6 to 7, Zhou Nong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress and Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a team to Huaihua to conduct "Two Festivals" warmth-giving activities.
The delegation visited the Trade Union Station at Huaihua Wanda Plaza, the Huaihua South Railway Station bus parking lot, Yulong Electrical Materials Co., Ltd., the Zhongfang County Fire and Rescue Team, the Huaihua Emergency Command Center, and the Huaihua Branch of Hunan Expressway Group. They extended their greetings and condolences to model workers, frontline employees, and workers in new employment forms, delivering daily necessities, monetary gifts, and New Year's blessings.
When visiting sanitation workers, food delivery riders, and other outdoor workers, the delegation stated that they are an important force in creating social wealth through hard work, and the trade union will further improve the rights protection mechanism to enhance their sense of gain, happiness, and security. The delegation extended its respect to frontline workers, including bus drivers, traffic police, firefighters, gas company employees, and highway workers, thanking them for their contributions to ensuring the city's safe operation and encouraging them to continue their excellent work ethic and safeguard the safety of every household. The trade union will continue to promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
At the Huaihua Emergency Command Center, the delegation visited the on-duty personnel and affirmed the achievements of Huaihua's emergency management work. At Huaihua Yulong Electrical Materials Co., Ltd., a specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise in Hunan Province, the delegation visited frontline workers, learned about the company's progress in cultivating new productive forces, and emphasized that the trade union should serve the company's development, protect the rights and interests of workers, and unite workers to contribute to the company's high-quality development.
The delegation also visited Changtian Village of Ruoshui Town, Huitong County, and extended its regards to households lifted out of poverty and those under monitoring.
