    FuDi Huaihua Travel makes you feel at home

    The service offers you the sheer joy of customized transport, bidding a farewell to traditional shuttles.

    On September 9, the Huaihua Highway Transport Group held the launching ceremony of its flagship service-- “Fudi Huaihua Travel” (Travel of Huaihua--a Blessed Land). The promotion is an important initiative by the group in response to the municipal party committee and government’s strategy of "Invigorating the City Through Transportation". It aims to meet public needs through reinforced transformation and innovative development in supportive of the "Revitalizing the City Through Tourism" strategy, thereby boosting rural revitalization.

    In June this year, the group launched a naming competition with awards featuring brand services tailored to passengers. As a result, 385 submissions and 1,330 creative names were delivered. After multiple rounds of rigorous review were conducted, the naming of Fudi Huaihua was selected as the core brand service of the group for its rich regional cultural connotation and precise service positioning. This has marked a brand-new chapter in the branded development of Huaihua’s passenger transportation.

    Currently, the group is boasting 40 tourist coaches, 21 convenience shuttle buses, and 121 9-seater customized vehicles. Its transport network covers all 13 counties and districts of the city, gradually achieving a near-lock on customized transport service on major routes, thereby laying a solid hardware foundation for high-quality service delivery.

    Centering on the public’s diverse and scenario-specific travel needs, the brand travel continues to enrich its service matrix: it has launched targeted "Campus Shuttles," "Medical Health Lines," and "Concert Specials" for students, patients, and tourists, efficiently catering to the needs of these specific groups in need. Among these, the customized transformation of the Huaihua-Zhijiang regular bus route is a prime example. It has pioneered a new "Convenience Shuttle Bus" service model for the group—by extending stops in urban areas, reducing fares by 20%, and increasing service frequency-- making travel more convenient and affordable. Since its launch, it has received widespread public acclaim, vividly reflecting the brand’s people-oriented philosophy.

    Looking ahead, the group is setting up even higher goals: it plans to gradually transform 76 buses into convenience shuttle buses. These vehicles are currently operating on seven intra-city to county regular routes within 100 kilometers. The group is also proactive in expanding intercity and inter-provincial passenger transport routes so as to improve the customized service network on a constant basis. Guided by the "FuDi Huaihua Travel" brand, it will also keep optimizing service processes and innovating operational models, with the purpose of developing it into a key "mobile name card" showcasing the city image and injecting momentum into the local high-quality economic and social development.
