On September 5, Huaihua City witnessed the commencement of a special action promotion meeting under the theme of “Focusing on Key Projects and Key Tasks, and Promoting New Projects and Enterprises”. Attendees included Yin Peiguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor, and Du Dengfeng, vice mayor.
The meeting made arrangements for carrying out the special action and reached a decision to simultaneously take action with the theme in September. In this case, Party members and cadres were required to go to the grassroots, enter industrial parks and enterprises, deliver policies, solve problems and provide excellent services. They were also encouraged to disseminate and implement major policy measures in this respect, and seek settlements of various difficult problems that restrict the development of enterprises.
Yin Peiguo emphasized that we should focus on ideological understanding and have a higher stance. Carrying out special actions is an important measure to implement superior decision-making and deployment, a vital starting point for conducting current economic work, and a crucial way to cater to needs of the market and enterprises. We should focus on coordinated integration and intensify our efforts. We should accurately undertake policies, comprehensively sort them out, accelerate their implementation, and promote effective policy connection. We should adhere to the principle of “planning follows demand, projects follow planning, and funds follow projects”, comprehensively accelerate the progress of project construction and boost the production and effectiveness of key projects, emphasize on the "supply side", enhance the “image of Huaihua”, aim at the "industrial chain", and promote the stimulation of consumption potential. We should improve enterprise-related systems, optimize government services, reduce factor costs, and promote the optimization of enterprise assistance services. We should also attach great importance to enterprise assistance and have better service. Under these circumstances, the special teams and working groups should further enhance service awareness, innovate service means, raise service quality, and act as a "connecting bridge" for communication between the government and enterprises.
