During his visit on the morning of September 11, Xu conducted a thorough review of the preparatory work for the upcoming 11th Global Forum of Hunan Entrepreneurs. He stressed the importance of diligently implementing the directives of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Hunan Provincial Government, and the Organizing Committee of Global Forum of Hunan Entrepreneurs. Advocating a unified approach of problem-orientation and goal-orientation, Xu emphasized the need for continued efforts and meticulousness, urging repeated rehearsals of all activities to ensure their flawless execution. It’s aimed to achieve an impeccable level of meticulousness, refinement, and perfection, thereby guaranteeing the smooth opening and successful conclusion of the conference. Officials Li Weilin, Han Xiaobo, and Hu Heping accompanied Xu during the inspection.

Xu visited Wyndham Hotel, Huaihua International Convention and Exhibition Center, and the main port area of Huaihua International Land Port, observing the conference organization, exhibition hall arrangement, reception services, atmosphere creation, and the implementation of security measures. Since the conference was forthcoming and guests were arriving in succession, he pointed out that all working groups of the Municipal Executive Committee should further strengthen their sense of responsibility and devote themselves wholeheartedly to ensure the preparation of all conference-related tasks. Firstly, rehearsals should be repeated to grasp every detail. Thus, any problem could be identified and addressed promptly for further refining work plans and emergency response protocols. Secondly, attentive and personalized services should be provided to make guests genuinely comfortable and welcomed. Thirdly, site visits should be well-organized to impress our guests with the city’s achievements in urban construction and industrial progress. Fourthly, the security and traffic management should be strengthened for the safety and orderliness of all events and social harmony and stability throughout the city. Finally, the citizens should be encouraged in their politeness and hospitality to fully display Huaihua's new image as an open, inclusive, and vibrant city.
