On the morning of September 4, Xu Zhongjian, secretary of the CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee, scheduled the preparations for the 11th Global Forum for Hunan Entrepreneurs on site. He emphasized that we must launch initiatives to gain a good understanding of the guiding principles made at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the spirit underlying the important speeches delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection in Hunan and act on them, comply with the plans and requirements by the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Hunan Province, and strengthen the sense of mission, of responsibility, and of urgency, ensuring that various preparations can be made more carefully and perfectly. Municipal leaders Li Weilin and Hu Heping attended the scheduling.

At the Wyndham Hotel, Xu Zhongjian made a on-site inspection of the preparations for the conference hall, kitchen and guest rooms. He pointed out that it is of necessity to highlight the perfection of details, fully showcase humanity, and demonstrate good image of Huaihua with optimal services.

Huaihua International Exhibition Center is the main venue for the opening ceremony of the Forum. After making a on-site inspection of the layout of the venue and exhibition hall, Xu Zhongjian learned about the measures for the security and traffic during the Forum. He pointed out that it is necessary to lose no time to complete the layout of the venue as soon as possible, carefully arrange the exhibition hall, and refine the organization plan for the venue, security and traffic diversion around the venue, seeing the Forum is safe and in order. 

At the Planning Exhibition Hall of Huaihua International Land Port, Xu Zhongjian pointed out that it is of necessity to, with focus on the characteristics and positioning of the Huaihua International Land Port, further optimize the exhibition content, highlight key points, and bring into full play the important role of Huaihua International Land Port in serving the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and the International Land-Sea Corridor facing the Indian Ocean.

In Huaihua International Land Port Economic Development Zone, Xu Zhongjian also inspected the production organization of companies such as Xianghuai Luggage, Lingxiu Luggage, and Outeng Luggage in the International Luggage and Leather Industry Park, as well as the construction and operation of the Smart Cold Chain Logistics Park and the main port area. He pointed out that it is necessary to further optimize the routes to the Forum, fully demonstrate the cold chain logistics characteristics of Huaihua International Land Port and the strong momentum of the development of port-based industries, highlight the infinite business opportunities of Huaihua, the blessed land, and attract more Hunan entrepreneurs to be concerned about and invest in Huaihua.

Xu Zhongjian also inspected the improvement of the road and the environment, and atmosphere building along the way. He pointed out that it is of necessity to encourage the general public to spare no efforts to beautify the city for the entrepreneurs by following the problem-oriented approach.
