    On the afternoon of August 29, Li Chunqiu, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor of Huaihua, presided over the the coordination meeting on the preparatory work for the 11th Global Forum for Hunan Entrepreneurs which is to be held in Huaihua City. He emphasized that we must thoroughly study and implement the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Hunan, conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, repeatedly demonstrate the whole process to make up for the shortcomings, and strive to sprint to ensure the success of the conference. He Zunqing, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and secretary of the municipal party committee’s political and legal committee, municipal leaders Li Bo, Yin Peiguo, Zou Xingwang, Hu Heping, and Ma Yuan, secretary general of the municipal government, attended the meeting.

    At the meeting, reports on the relevant preparatory work of the Municipal Executive Committee Office, various working groups, Hecheng District, and the conference company were heard, and the entire process and various links of the conference preparations were re-sorted and refined.

    After further determining the relevant specific matters, Li Chunqiu emphasized that the more pressing the time is, the more it tests our responsibility and commitment, ability and style, will and resilience. Each working group should focus on key links, benchmark first-class standards, and do a meticulous, exquisite, and extreme job of the “last-mile” preparatory work. We must work hard on polishing the details, re-sort and re-connect various links such as guest reception, catering and accommodation, security, volunteer services, and on-site observation according to the process, and carry out targeted full-process, multi-round simulation exercises to make up for the gaps and ensure that all work is seamlessly connected and implemented at high standards.
