 On the afternoon of November 27th, Xu Zhongjian, Secretary of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee, conducted a survey on the work of “One Welcoming and Three Innovations”. He emphasized the need to adhere to a problem oriented approach, promote long-term progress as usual, strive for better results, and continuously enhance the sense of gain and happiness of the masses. At the entrance of Jinxi South Road of the General Hospital of Hunan Medical College, Xu had an on-site inspection of the road facilities and traffic order management. He demanded to strengthen the management of traffic order around the hospital, effectively ensure smooth roads, solve the problem of parking difficulties, so as to make it convenient and efficient for the people to seek medical treatment.

At Bubugao Department Store, Xu learned about the integrity of the mall’s operation and standardized services, and checked the management and use of accessible bathrooms and mother and baby rooms. He pointed out that as a convenient service place for daily shopping of citizens, shopping malls should operate in a standardized and honest manner, further improve service facilities and functions, strengthen safety hazard investigation and rectification, and provide citizens with a civilized, comfortable, and safe shopping environment.

In the central market, Xu Zhongjian focused on inspecting the implementation and rectification of assigned issues, checking the market environment hygiene, business management, and smooth fire exits. He said that we should consolidate the achievements of market environment improvement, further focus on quality improvement and transformation, and establish a sound long-term management mechanism to guide merchants to consciously maintain good market order and environment.

At the entrance of the Wanxiang Hotel on Renmin South Road, Xu inspected the maintenance of pedestrian walkways, accessible passages, and other facilities. He stressed the need to reflect humanistic care, pay attention to details, rectify specific problems in place, and continuously improve the level of refined urban management.

At the entrance of Jinxi Elementary School on Jinxi North Road, Xu learned about traffic order management and store operations at the school entrance. He emphasized the need to further purify the surrounding environment of the campus, optimize traffic organization, staggered school hours, and make every effort to create a civilized and safe campus environment.

During the inspection, Xu Zhongjian pointed out that promoting the work of “One Welcoming and Three Innovations” is an important measure to improve the quality of urban development and people’s lives.
