On the morning of November 27, Wei Zhaohui, Deputy Secretary of CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee and Acting Mayor of Huaihua, emphasized during her visit to the Municipal Investment Group and Municipal Urban Development Group that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the reform, development, and Party building of state-owned enterprises, deepen reform, to activate internal momentum, and to demonstrate the responsibility of state-owned enterprises in serving the overall high-quality development of the city. At the subsequent symposium, Wei Zhaohui heard reports on the development of the Municipal Urban Development Group and the Municipal Investment Group, and fully affirmed their significant contributions to the city's urban construction and industrial development. To reduce costs and increase efficiency, we must strengthen refined management across all elements and processes, making every effort to reduce corporate funding, management, and administrative costs, and to improve the quality and efficiency of development. We must overcome difficulties, dare to tackle tough challenges, and demonstrate the responsibility of state-owned enterprises in serving the overall interests of the country. We must resolve debt issues and resolutely safeguard the bottom line of preventing systemic risks. We must maintain integrity and self-discipline, always prioritizing discipline and rules, solidly advancing the construction of a "clean and honest state-owned enterprise," and creating a clean and upright political environment.
